If you were an existing customer as at 1st May 2018, and have been receiving information about our products from us, we will continue to contact you by post or electronic means (including email) with information about our products unless you ask us not to do so by contacting info@proflax.co.uk

If you became a customer after the 1st May 2018 we will contact you by post or electronic means (including email) with information about our products but only if you have consented to this. You can choose to not receive these types of communications by contacting info@proflax.co.uk

Communication by telephone may be recorded where there is a dispute between either party in an effort to resolve or litigate said dispute. This Privacy Policy gives consent to record any call that is considered contentious or possibly result in litigation. 

Transfers to third countries

We may from time to time transfer your data to a country outside the European Economic Area where this is necessary for the performance of your contract with us or for the exercise or defence of a legal claim.

Security Arrangements

We will ensure that all the information you provide us with is kept secure using appropriate technical and organisational measures. In the event of a personal data breach occurring we have in place procedures to ensure the effects of such a breach are minimised and we will liaise with you and the ICO as appropriate. A right to erasure. A right to restriction of processing. A right to data portability to enable you to obtain and re-use the personal data you have given us. Right of access

You have the right to see the information we hold about you. To access this you need to provide a request in writing to our Data Protection Officer together with proof of identity. We will usually process your request free of charge and within 30 days. However we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee and/or to extend the period of time by a further 2 months if the request is, in our view, either vexatious or very complex. Right to erasure

You have a right to ask us to erase your personal data in certain cases. Details can be found in Article 17 of the GDPR. We will deal with your request free of charge and within 30 days but we reserve the right to refuse to erase information that we are required to retain by law or regulation or that is required to exercise or defend legal claims. How we use Cookies
