I’m Sam, the creator of all things Proflax! Natural health and wellbeing is my passion, and to be able to do a job I love everyday by helping so many animals stay healthy and well is truly amazing.

I love creating new products to add to our already amazing range, with the assistance of some of the best UK holistic vets. Since the Company's launch in 2016, Proflax now boast almost 30 products over four product ranges, with further exciting, innovative product development planned.

I am mum to three children, Luna the mad English Bulldog and cat Boots. My interests are all types of holistic therapies, travelling, walking, running and exploring some of the beautiful Devon countryside.

I'm Abi, part of the Proflax team with over 20 years of experience in marketing, including work in the healthcare sector. I look after everything from our website updates and customer emails to social media, graphic design, and working closely with our brilliant brand ambassadors. I also take same of the photos you see on our site, including plenty of my dog Riley, who proudly models for our Horny Hound formula! I'm passionate about natural pet care and love seeing how our products make a real difference.

Outside of work, I’m mum to three children, and we all love the outdoors — you’ll usually find us camping, exploring Dartmoor, or wild swimming with Riley in tow.

Steve joined the Proflax team in 2026 and quickly became part of the furniture thanks to his great sense of humour and easy-going personality. He's always up for a laugh, helping out wherever needed, and keeping spirits high in the warehouse.

Before joining Proflax, Steve worked as both a postman and a delivery driver, so he's no stranger to hard work or life on the road. (He still laughs about the time a curious bull decided to inspect his van a little too closely, leaving a rather impressive dent in the door!)

When he's not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, cheering on the football, pottering in the garden, and making memories with his grandchildren. Home is also shared with his much-loved cat.

One of Steve's favourite things about working at Proflax is the friendly team atmosphere—along with trying to keep an eye on Luna, our mischievous office bulldog, who is usually found wandering around looking for fuss, treats, or both!

Proflax also work with external professionals and consultants, such as vets, nutritionists, IT and web specialists and providers to ensure that Proflax provide a totally professional, high standard delivery of products and services.
