I’m Sam, the creator of all things Proflax! Natural health and wellbeing is my passion, and to be able to do a job I love everyday by helping so many animals stay healthy and well is truly amazing.

I love creating new products to add to our already amazing range, with the assistance of some of the best UK holistic vets. Since the Company's launch in 2016, Proflax now boast almost 30 products over four product ranges, with further exciting, innovative product development planned.

I am mum to three children, Luna the mad English Bulldog and cat Boots. My interests are all types of holistic therapies, travelling, walking, running and exploring some of the beautiful Devon countryside.

Abi is part of the Proflax team with over 20 years of marketing experience across products, healthcare and property. She looks after everything from website updates and customer emails to social media, graphic design and working closely with our brilliant brand ambassadors. She also takes some of the photos you see on our site, including plenty of her dog Riley, who proudly models for our Hormone Support for Male Dogs formula!

Abi is passionate about natural pet care and loves seeing how our products make a real difference. Outside of work, she’s a mum to three children, and the family is usually found camping, exploring Dartmoor or wild swimming, with Riley in tow.

Steve joined the Proflax team in 2026 and quickly became part of the furniture thanks to his great sense of humour and easy-going personality. He's always up for a laugh, helping out wherever needed, and keeping spirits high in the warehouse.

Before joining Proflax, Steve worked as both a postman and a delivery driver, so he's no stranger to hard work or life on the road. (He still laughs about the time a curious bull decided to inspect his van a little too closely, leaving a rather impressive dent in the door!)

When he's not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, cheering on the football, pottering in the garden, and making memories with his grandchildren. Home is also shared with his much-loved cat.

One of Steve's favourite things about working at Proflax is the friendly team atmosphere—along with trying to keep an eye on Luna, our mischievous office bulldog, who is usually found wandering around looking for fuss, treats, or both!

Luna, our bullish British Bulldog, is the heart of the Proflax office! She’s a lovely little character, always on patrol and making sure every parcel, tub, and treat passes her strict quality control sniff test. Visitors can expect a cheerful greeting from this dedicated member of the team!

When she’s not supervising, you’ll find Luna indulging in her favourite pastime – snoring away in the cosiest spot she can find! She’s especially fond of our Calming Treats, which help her stay chilled after a busy day of “work.”

Luna is pretty sure that she’s the boss… and to be honest, we let her believe it!
