Proflax began with one very special dog.

When our beloved Boxer, Lola, developed an immune deficiency as a young dog, she faced ongoing food and environmental allergies, sensitive skin and recurring health challenges. Determined to help her thrive naturally, our founder Sam began researching the power of nutrition, essential fatty acids and carefully selected botanicals.

Working alongside leading holistic veterinary professionals, Sam created a range of natural supplements designed to support the body rather than simply mask symptoms. The difference in Lola was remarkable—and soon friends, family and local dog owners were asking if they could try them too.

What started as one dog's journey has grown into one of the UK's leading natural pet supplement brands.

Today, Proflax proudly manufactures its award-winning range from the heart of Devon. Every product is developed with the same philosophy that inspired it from the very beginning: use the highest quality natural ingredients, never compromise on quality, and create products that genuinely make a difference to the health and happiness of dogs and cats.

Natural health has always fascinated me, and there's nothing more rewarding than knowing our products help pets live happier, healthier lives. Every product starts as an idea inspired by real-life health challenges and is carefully developed alongside experienced holistic veterinary professionals before becoming part of the Proflax range.
From a single product created for Lola, Proflax has grown into an award-winning collection of natural oils, powders, superchews and herbal supplements, trusted by thousands of pet owners and stocked by hundreds of retailers across the UK and beyond.
Although we've grown, our mission remains exactly the same: to help pets feel their very best, naturally.
Lola's Legacy
Lola will always be the heart of Proflax.
Without her, Proflax simply wouldn't exist. Every bottle, every blend and every new product is part of the legacy she inspired. Although she's no longer with us, her story continues through the thousands of pets we've been privileged to help over the years.
These days, Luna has happily taken over as Chief Office Dog. Our cheeky British Bulldog firmly believes she's in charge of the warehouse, regularly supervises the team, welcomes visitors and ensures everyone stops for the occasional cuddle (and perhaps a treat or two). She keeps us all smiling and reminds us every day why we love what we do.
