Proflax have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, so unused, and in its original packaging with an unbroken seal.

Please email info@proflax.co.uk with your reason for return, and any supportive photographic evidence, if applicable. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, where refunds will include the delivery charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on 01626 240483 or email info@proflax.co.uk if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue as a priority.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you require is to return the incorrect item that you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, the applicable refund will be processed back to your method of payment in 1-3 working days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
