Delivery Information & Rates

We ship throughout the UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Northern Ireland

We offer standard tracked (3-5 days) or express tracked (1-3 days, not guaranteed) delivery with Royal Mail. Some more remote or offshore destinations may take longer.

  • All parcels are sent tracked and you will be notified of tracking number providing a valid email address is stated on order.
  • All orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Thursday only).

PLEASE NOTE: -  We aim to deliver within the time frames stated, however, there may be delays which are outside of our control such as postal strikes (this may also apply with our express UK delivery service so please be aware of postal circumstances when choosing your postal option as refunds will not be given for delays outside of our control). No orders will be processed or dispatched on public holidays. Please allow extra time for deliveries over holidays or busy periods.

Please add a note on ordering if you need your parcel to be left in a safe place. No liability can be taken for loss of parcels that are left at your designated safe place.  and where a designated safe place has not been stated, Proflax cannot accept any damage, loss or failure to deliver.

Returns & Replacements

If you have received a damaged product please phone 01626 240483 so that we can arrange a replacement. 

If you would like to return an unopened and unused product then please return the item in its original packaging to the address shown here marked for the attention of Goods In. Returns must be sent at the customers own cost.
