Feeding Guidelines
Shake the bottle well, then measure using the provided pipette or cup.
Feed 1ml of oil per 2kg of your dog’s weight – so a 20kg dog, for example, would need 10ml.
Pour over their food, give it a quick mix, and serve.
For general wellbeing, feed every other day, or for more targeted support, feed daily.

Nettle: A nourishing herb traditionally used to support digestion and nutrient absorption. Naturally rich in tannins, quercetin, and phytonutrients that help maintain comfortable skin and normal stool consistency. A source of iron, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, K, and B. Supports normal circulation and kidney function.
Milk Thistle: Traditionally used to support liver and kidney health. A gentle antioxidant herb with natural cleansing properties. Contains mucilage that helps maintain a healthy gut lining. Provides calcium, magnesium, potassium, folate, and vitamin A.
Withania (Ashwagandha): A gentle adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support balance and wellbeing. Helps maintain a healthy immune system, gut, and skin. A source of sodium and iron.
Skullcap Baicalensis: Traditionally used to support liver, skin, and digestive health. Helps maintain calm behaviour and overall wellbeing.
Calendula: Traditionally used to support healthy digestion and liver function. A natural astringent herb rich in antioxidants that help maintain normal skin and coat condition.
Marshmallow Root: A soothing herb traditionally used to support gut and skin health. Naturally rich in mucilage, which helps maintain digestive comfort. A source of insoluble fibre that supports gut flora balance. Rich in vitamins A, C, and B complex, selenium, zinc, copper, and iron.
Liquorice Root: A naturally sweet-tasting adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support digestion and immune health. Helps maintain overall vitality and adds a pleasant flavour to the blend.

Suitable for all dogs over 8 weeks of age.
Not recommended for pregnant/nursing dogs.
Not to be used if your dog is known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed.

How do I choose the right bottle size?
Based on your dog’s size, we would recommend:
Toy breeds (up to 5kg)
- 100ml will last 40 days for a 5kg dog (2.5ml per day). 26p a day.
Small breeds (6-15kg)
- 250ml will last 33 days for a 15kg dog (7.5ml per day). 56p a day.
- 500ml will last 66 days for a 15kg dog (7.5ml per day). 45p a day.
Medium breeds (16-25kg)
- 500ml will last 40 days for a 25kg dog (12.5ml per day). 75p a day.
- 1L will last 80 days for a 25kg dog (12.5ml per day). 58p a day.
Large breeds (26-40kg)
- 500ml will last 25 days for a 40kg dog (20ml per day). 1.20 a day.
- 1L will last 50 days for a 40kg dog (20ml per day). 94p a day.
Giant Breeds (41kg +)
- 1L will last 40 days for a 50kg dog (25ml per day). 1.17 a day.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place and keep sealed between uses. Store out of reach of children.
Easy to dispense and a valuable boost to my dogs’ health. I use alongside Tummy Tastic, another great Proflax product. Their coats are gleaming.
Seems good so far and palatable. Too early to see any results yet. Would prefer a pour spout that lifts a little easier and doesn’t make your fingers smell of salmon oil when you open the spout. Thank you!
I have started my dogs on it and so far they seem to be fine with it. My dogs are very fussy but they both seem happy to eat it. It has got amazing ingredients though.
My dog has a lot less tummy rumbles since being on Prolax.

Bought for my elderly dog who was starting to have issues with his skin. This was recommended by my sister, she uses it for her dogs. I’ll definitely keep using this, it’s made a huge difference. Only just started using it so can’t make any great claims yet but my dog loves it and if it’s anything like other Proflax products it’s going to be great.
I would definitely recommend Proflax, I have seen great result using it & my dog really likes it.
Tummytastic is the best thing I have found for our Doberman who has a very sensitive stomach and always had very loose stools, we give him a couple of scoops in his food every morning and it has made such a difference, I tried so many other things to solve his problem but this is the only thing that worked.
